Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Titan Auto Care, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide mobile automotive detailing and tire change services across Ottawa and surrounding areas. Our commitment is to provide professional, high-quality care at your designated location.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain, snowstorms, or temperatures below -15°C), we reserve the right to reschedule for safety and quality reasons.

3. Service Requirements

For mobile detailing, we require:

A safe work area with at least 3 feet of clearance around the vehicle.
Hose hook-up access (specifically for "The Works" package).
Authorization to perform work on the private property provided.
All personal belongings removed from the vehicle interior before arrival.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are "starting at" rates. Final pricing is confirmed upon arrival after a physical inspection of the vehicle. Factors such as extreme pet hair, mold, heavy bio-waste, or severe oxidation may result in additional charges. Payment is due upon completion of the service via Credit, Debit, or E-transfer.

5. Liability & Damage

While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing mechanical or electrical issues.
Damage caused by pre-existing paint defects, loose trim, or aftermarket modifications.
Items left inside the vehicle (please remove all valuables).

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We don't leave until you are satisfied. We encourage a final walk-through with our lead detailer upon completion. Any concerns must be raised at the time of service or within 24 hours of the appointment.

7. Tire Change Specifics

For mobile tire changes, customers are responsible for ensuring the correct wheel nuts/keys are available. We recommend a torque check after 50 kilometers of driving following any tire service.
